ORDERING

Ordering over the website is to pre order your goods.

When we have received your order we will then contact you to give you a dispatch date.

PRICE & PAYMENT

The price payable for the goods that you order is clearly set out on the website.

Payment for goods is not taken on the website. When your order has been made, Wolds Wreaths Decor will contact you to then take payment.

Payment by bacs, PayPal or secured card payment.

FOREIGN TAXIES &, DUTIES

If you are not in the UK, we have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country.

You are responsible for purchasing Goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country.

DELIVERY

Tracking information will be sent by the stated delivery company DPD or Worldwide Parcelforce. Any parcels that are not collected from a collection point or the delivery company unable to deliver the goods to your home will then send them back to Wolds Wreaths Decor. The client will have to pay delivery costs to re send back out to your chosen address.

RETURNS

I don’t accept returns or exchanges due to these wreaths being a handmade product. But please do contact me within 48hrs if there is a problem will your wreath.
